• There are no refunds on glasses made for your vision.
• Any glasses purchased on this site, not worn, are exchangeable but not refundable.
• There are no refunds on contact lenses once the box has already been opened.
• The frames are all guaranteed for one year against manufacturing defects.
• The lenses are guaranteed for one year against manufacturing defects.
• You have 30 days of customer satisfaction to make the desired changes but no refund will be made if you make product changes for a lesser product. Adding products is possible you simply have to pay the difference in costs of this extra.
• Any purchase personalized to your needs is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
No refunds are made once the 50% deposit on the production of your glasses is made.
